The Vinotherapy Spa Centre of Caudalie is a one of its kind throughout France. There are only 2 other Vinotherapy Spa Centres of Caudalies in the wold; in the USA and in Italy. Les Caudalies were pioneers in the use of vine for cosmetic purposes since 1995. The centre was inaugurated in 1999.
Located among the vineyard of Bordeaux, you can discover the center's specialities which relaxation, anti-aging treatments and slimming treatments, through discovery packages or 6-day sojourns.
The treatments use the properties of natural hot water which is hot and rich in iron and fluorine, extracted from 540m under the surface. The beneficial properties of vine are added to this, the latter being rich in polyphenols which are well known to effectively fight free radicals that are responsible for the process of aging.
The treatments proposed by the spa centre are completely different from any other spa centre. It helps drain the tissues from accumulated water, and activates blood circulation with the grape extracts, red vine and organic essential oils.

This « Grapes » Newly Mom Spa Package of the Sources de Caudalies Spa Centre was designed to help you get fit and slim down to your the weight you had before your pregnancy.If your baby is over 3 months and less than one year old, this post-natal program, associated to the “Slimming Roots” menu of less than 500kcal will help you slim down while strengthening your figure.
Specific treatments based on vine products and not sea are proposed at the Vinotherapy spa centre of Caudalies.
This Newly Mom Spa Package can last 3 up to 14 days, the duration being up to you.
No matter how long your spa should last, you shall enjoy 4 treatments per day as follows:
-classic treatments (Red Vine Bath, Energizing Wrap, Caudalies grand facial...)
-more specific treatments such as: cryotherapy, Vrilles de Vignes draining, endermology, osteopathy...
Fresh grapes and 100% organic diuretic herbal tea shall be offered to you during your treatments. You shall also have free access to the jet stream thermal bath, resting room and Turkish baths for the duration of your spa.
While on your spa vacation in Caudalies, take the time to visit the Atlantic Region of France. The Pylat Dune is not so far away, as well as the Arcachon Lagoon, and a pine forest with cycling paths.
The Sources de Caudalies Spa Resort is located on the land of the Smith Haut Lafitte Castle, in Martillac, near Bordeaux. It offers the perfect setting for a post natal spa, with your baby.

The spa proposes vinotherapy treatments in an outstanding décor such as the Smith Haut-Lafitte Castle, and lush vineyards that surround the spa centre.

Hôtel "SPA Bordeaux Les Sources de Caudalie"
Les Sources de Caudalies is a 5-star hotel located only a few kilometers away from Bordeaux. You shall be impressed by its charm and refinement, and luxurious 49 rooms and suites.
The hotel is separated in different buildings as follows:
- La Bastide des Grands Crus, where each different room is a tribute to all those who are passionate about wine.
-La Maison du Lièvre, which is turned towards nature, between the lake and vegetable garden, and features ancient furniture.
-Le Comptoir des Indes reminds of the intricate links that exist between Bordeaux, England and Asia
-The “Cabane Tchanquée de l'Ile aux Oiseaux” (not one of the houses you can find in the lagoon!) is a reminder of the rich nature that surrounds the place. It features a vast promontory build on stilts.
-La Grange au Bateau on the other hand evokes water, which is everywhere in the Aquitaine.
Restaurants : The Chef, Franck Salein and chief sommelier -who guards the 15000 bottles of the wine cave- are only there to please your senses.

Sports et loisirs : Visits of ancient castles are proposed to you, as well as a tour of all of Bordeaux's great wine names ; Graves, Médoc, Sauternes, Pomerol, Saint-Emilion.
Cooking courses are proposed by the Chef, and tasting courses by the chief sommelier.
In the surroundings, you can visit the Arcachon region, and Bordeaux, as well as the Dune du Pyla.
The Spa Centre has a 3-hole golf course, and not so far away in Aquitaine, you can find a 35-hole golf course.
