Located in the vineyards of Bordeaux, the spa specializes in relaxation, anti-ageing and slimness with 6 days therapies or special week end packages.

The treatments use the properties of naturally warm water drawn at 1 770 ft, rich in iron and fluorine. The benefits of vine and grape add to these elements which help curing the ageing process.

The therapies provided in this spa differ from all the existing care in thalassotherapy or balneotherapy. They help clearing tissues, eliminating water and activating blood circulation thanks to grape extracts, red vine and essential oils.

The Sources de Caudalie vinotherapy balneotherapy spa centre′s Petit Raisin postnatal cure is ideal for guests willing to recover the sihouette they had before their pregnancy. It is available for 3,4,5, and 6-day cures.

If your baby is between 3 months and 1 year-old, this postnatal programme, combined with the « Slimness Roots » under 500 kcal menus, will help you to reshape your former silhouette by toning and energizing your body, as well as ridding it of its overweight.

Specific treatments based on vine and wine products (and not seawater used in thalassotherapy spa cures) and balneo treatments will be on offer, such as: cryotherapy sessions, Vrille de Vigne drainage, endermology, and osteopathy sessions will be on offer for the time of your stay at the Sources de Caudalie vinotherapy and balneotherapy spa centre.

The place : The springs of Caudalie are located in Martillac, a little town situated in the French department of Gironde in the Southeast of Bordeaux, in the middle of the vineyards of the region Aquitaine.

The spa proposes wine therapy treatment and is situated in front of the Castle Smith Haut-Lafitte, which vineyards surround the spa. Restaurants : The Chef of the restaurant Franck Salein and the sommelier always make their best to delight your senses. The cave of the restaurant displays 15 000 bottles of wine.

Restaurant "La Grand'Vigne"
It is a gastronomic restaurant inspired from the orangeries of the 18th century, with a terrace overlooking a small lake near the vineyards. Private lounges available.

Restaurant "La Table du Lavoir"
It is like a country inn built in a former food market.
